MATTHEW CLARK, MSPT, MBA, ATC
Matt has lived in Hilton Head for the past 10 years, after moving from Pittsburgh, PA. He has earned a BS in Health Science from Lock Haven University, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Armstrong Atlantic State University, and a MBA from Frederick Taylor University. Matt is both a licensed physical therapist and a certified athletic trainer, and has had a wide variety of clinical experiences with the vast majority of his experience in the outpatient environment. Aside from work, Matt is a dedicated father to his two girls and stays active with running, golf and basketball.

MARTY KERR, MS, PT
Marty Kerr has joined Horizon Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine at their 8 Hospital Blvd, Suite 250, location. Marty has been practicing physical therapy on Hilton Head Island since 1992. He received a BS in Biology from Guilford College, and a MS in physical therapy from the University of Rhode Island. His area of expertise is orthopedic physical therapy and he has taken additional course work in manual therapy and sports specific training. He is an NSCA E licensed soccer coach and currently coaches for the Hilton Head/Bluffton Soccer Club. He lives on Hilton Head Island with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children.

CRAIG WEYER, MSPT, ATC, M.Ed. COMT
Craig brings a unique blend of experiences to our clinic. Originally trained as an officer in the airborne forcces in South Africa, Craig retired from the military with the rank of Captain and was recruited into the business arena to manage a corporate sales team. He received a diploma in Business Management while working full-time, but decided that his interests lay in a different direction. In 1994, he returned to the university to study physcial therapy. After receiving a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine, he obtained his national certification in Athletic Training, (ATC), followed by a Masters in Physcial Therapy (MPT). Craig has since undergone additional specialization and completed the Australian Physiotherapy program in Manual Therapy specializing in the spine with emphasis on lumbar and cervical dysfunction. In his spare time, Craig also lectures at a university in Savannah, GA and enjoys his sporting activities including golf and ironman distance triathlons.

CASSIE COCHRANE, DPT
Cassie Cochrane has joined the team at Horizon Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine. She is a graduate of West Virginia University where she completed her undergraduate work, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Business Administration. In 2010, Cassie completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Cassie has a variety of clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Cassie and her husband are both natives of West Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys running, biking, cooking, and traveling.

RACHEL MULLEN, DPT
Rachel Mullen moved to Hilton Head almost 7 years ago from Virginia Beach, Virginia. In 2000, she earned her undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences, from Covenant College on Lookout Mountain, GA. Rachel then received her Master's in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University. She has been practicing as a physical therapist for 8 years, enjoying a wide variety of practice settings. Rachel has experience with pediatrics, geriatrics and orthopedics in the home, hospital, and outpatient settings. Rachel currently lives in Bluffton with her husband, Jonathan and two children. She enjoys painting, reading, and exercising. She is also actively involved in several community outreach projects.

BECKY McCOLLAM, PT, MSA, OCS, Cert.MDT
Becky McCollam has joined Horizon Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine at their 15 Moss Creek Village location.
Becky brings a wealth of knowledge to our clinic with over 25 years of physical therapy experience. She retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Army after 22 years as a physical therapist. She began her career following graduation from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS and PT certificate in 1985. In 1993, she earned her MS in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University.
Becky specializes in orthopedic physical therapy with a passion for the spine and is an American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics Physical Therapy. She is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment from The McKenzie Institute, USA.

JENNIFER STEVENSON, PTA, BS, CICPT
Jennifer moved to the Low Country 10 years ago from Dallas, TX. She received a BS in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas in 1996, as well as becoming a certified personal trainer from the Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX. After moving to Hilton Head, she received an Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from South University in Savannah, GA in 2000. She has 6 years experience as a PTA in the outpatient rehabilitation setting. Her special interests include manual therapy, orthopaedic and geriatric physical therapy. Jennifer lives with her husband Brandon, and dog Murphy in Bluffton. Her hobbies include playing golf, working out and watching football.

Jacob Eldred has joined Horizon Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine at their 8 Hospital Blvd, Suite 250, location. Jacob is a recent graduate of the Technical College of the Lowcountry with an Associate's degree in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Jacob has a passion for Physical Therapy and looks forward to advancing his knowledge and expertise the many areas of Physical. He enjoys equine dressage training and playing tennis in his spare time.

BOB AUGUSTINE, OTR/L, CHT
Bob is a Certified Hand Therapist and Occupational Therapist specializing in the treatment of hand, elbow and shoulder ailments. With over 25 years experience and advanced training in ergonomics, functional capacity evaluation, personal training and work programs, Bob draws on his quarter century career in the field of Physical and Occupational Therapy. A graduate of the University of New York at Buffalo, Bob has resided in Hilton Head with his family since 1993.
