Horizon Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine celebrates 14 years in business this June! It’s hard to believe that we started with a single clinic and just 3 therapists. Since then, Horizon has grown to 3 different offices in Okatie, Bluffton, and our primary clinic on Hilton Head Island.
Throughout the years, Horizon Rehabilitation has been here to support the community in different charity events and through different organizations, and in turn, you’ve been very supportive.
