What's the best way to stay in shape and stay fit? You may be surprised to know it's quite simple and starts with flexibility. Matt Clark explains how in this quick Tip of the Day.

QUESTION: Often, we get asked what's the best way to stay in shape and to stay fit.

ANSWER: The best answer we can give is to maintain your flexibility. With our flexibility, we are gonna keep our strength.

The best way we can illustrate that is a golfer. If we are very tight and very restricted in our mobility, no matter how strong you are, you are not going be able to hit the ball very far. However; if you maintain your flexibility in your hips and back and spine, you are going to be able to generate a whole lot more force, and that goes throughout our body, and through every activity that we do.
